Counter-Strike:Source With all the gameplay of its predecessor, counter-strike, the new 'source' engine adds a whole new dimension to the game. Be prepared for more realism, better graphics and a physics engine that makes the original look prehistoric.

Not showing on browser listing?

hey guys, i do not and am not a player of CS:S but for some unknown reason my server browser (in steam) always defaults to that instead of cs like it usually does.

Anyways i have noticed one oddity. The gamespace servers dont show up there? heres a pic of steam. maybe you could look into that network ops and higher?

I had the same problem not being able to see the gamespace servers. Found it was the firewall on my router, then once I port forwarded the server addresses, there they were.

i had a look for any solutions to your problem. all i could find was a possible fix but apartently it didnt work anyway, but you can try it ig you want?

seems heaps of people (nearly everyone who updated has the same problem ) people having to write down their IP's now lol.

keep in mind if you choose to try that possible solution then make backup coppies of the files and then exit steam and then launch steam again. It will then run the update again, this normally fixes most problems, not sure if it fixes your one though.
