Play pirated games on Xbox Live, get free ban

It is hard to deal with pirates these days. People will download or burn games and software when they do not want to buy it. But games like Borderlands and Forza 3 are leaked out and Microsoft has started to ban players who play those games on Xbox live. People who legitimately have purchased the title should be safe from Microsoft’s magic ban stick of doom.

Do you know anyone who has been banned for doing something like this?
