Basic plot for Resident Evil: Afterlife revealed
In the fourth movie in the series, Alice still takes on zombies and the Umbrella Corporation while trying to survive. The basic plot for the movie is like this: “In a world ravaged by a virus infection, turning its victims into the Undead, Alice continues on her journey to find survivors and lead them to safety. Her deadly battle with the Umbrella Corporation reaches new heights, but Alice gets some unexpected help from an old friend. A new lead that promises a safe haven from the Undead leads them to Los Angeles, but when they arrive the city is overrun by thousands of Undead and Alice and her comrades are about to step into a deadly trap.” Sounds similar to the last movie? With Milla Jovovich back as the title role, Ali Larter reprises her role from the previous film and Wentworth Miller from Prison Break joins in the fun. The movie itself is set for release August next year. Will this be a good movie or just be similar to the previous movies in the series? Link to the original article. Read the Article

BORING... 28 months/weeks/days/seconds later did something similar enough now...
resident evil was cool cos of its gadgets and technology and stuff... if its going to turn into a basic zombie movie now it wont be worth it

Re: Basic plot for Resident Evil: Afterlife revealed
all i can say is yay yay yay!!
i loved playing the games, one of my good gaming memories as a child and now seeing all the film adaptations and the twists... i like!
even though the 3rd one kinda lost the resident evily feel to hit and 4/5ths of the cast got zombified then there heads blown off, it was entertaining enough for me.
i am confident though it will turn out better than the previous due to the fact Paul WS Anderson is directing (he only directed the 1st one, and wrote the other 2)
bring on the fourth wooot, my guess is Carlos comes back.......

Its a zombie game. All the plot needs to be is "There are lots of zombies and lots of guns. You do the maths"

Re: Basic plot for Resident Evil: Afterlife revealed
it's got more depth than that... l4d is a zombie game
and if you want just a zombie movie as you stated... dawn of the dead... dead zone (good mini series)... 28 days later... zombieland... etc
