In what seems to be a minor mistake could prove costly for everyone involved in the gaming business. In Germany there are laws which make things illegal that contain anything to do with Nazi’s. These include swastikas, propaganda, recordings, everything. So it seems that a few of these banned items have made their way into the game and now is being yanked from the stores. No comment has been made by the publisher Activision as of this time.
Do you think that a game having Nazi objects warrants a banning in Germany?
NO WAY.............. How can you try to erase a part of history?????
These things are real these are just stupid laws made by so called do gooders who think they can change the history books. Get a life you morons. Ohhhh we might offend someone get over it.

As long as they don't try remove their infamous segment of history out of their books or education system in total then sure I think its reasonable to be strict on it for some time longer.

Re: Wolfenstein pulled from German gaming shelves
ummm why are ppl surprised? its a game about nazi germany ... how do u classify that as a small mistake? "In what seems to be a minor "? there is no mistake... they cannot make this game without a swaztika in it or other nazi related material
and yes they do keep certain things in museums such as hitlers stuff etc

Probably because that would offend and piss a lot of people off. My girlfriend and I went to the wax museum when we went to QLD, and I saw the wax statue of Hitler, but in this one, his hands were by his side, almost as if he was taking orders. Got a photo of it somewhere, but it's shotty quality, since I was right up against the glass with a flash on.
